My father passed away suddenly in July, and my husband and I needed to get to Boise, Idaho by the next afternoon. I called Catherine at 9:30 a.m. to see if she could possibly get us airline tickets from Long Beach Airport to Boise. Within 30 minutes she had the trip booked. We left Long Beach at 10:00 a.m. the very next day and were in Boise by 4:00 p.m. with a quick stop in Salt Lake City. The trip home went equally as smooth, with a minimum layover in Salt Lake City. Thanks to her efficient manner, knowledge, and professionalism, our travel plans were taken care of, with one less thing for me to worry about during my time of bereavement. --Sue, Lakewood, Calif. |
